We provide a weekly buffet lunch for older people who welcome the opportunity to socialise, develop friendships, exchange ideas and share expertise in any hobbies that they might have.
Our lunch club has a programme of entertainment and activities; from music to quizzes and bowling to clothes sales and light exercise.

A social club for adults with Learning Disabilities, the club offers people a chance to socialise make and develop new friendships.
Sunshine Club has a programme of activities; from skittles and karaoke to quizzes and crafts to discos and trips out for meals and local attractions.
Cost: £3.00 per session
The club runs every Tuesday from 7.00pm to 9.00 pm.

Home Visiting Service
Our Outreach Support Worker will initially visit any persons requiring the home visiting service to establish needs and arrange times and days of visits. These visits can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly as desired.
We have a team of trained and dedicated volunteers who visit the housebound to offer companionship.
Telephone Befriending Service
For those who are housebound and do not wish to have a home visit we offer a weekly, fortnightly or monthly telephone call as desired. This service is arranged through our Outreach Support Worker.
